Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for any reason within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, products must be in their original condition, complete with all accessories, packaging, and documentation. For warranty related returns process, this policy applies.

2. Return Process

  • Start by contacting our support team to request a return.
  • Email: support@trekwise.com
  • Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
  • Products returned without an RMA number may not be accepted.

3. Shipping Instructions

  • Once you receive the RMA number, ship the product to our designated return center in your return instructions.
  • Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective. In cases of defective products, we will provide a prepaid return label.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • If the product is not returned in its original condition, additional charges may apply or the refund may be denied.

5. Additional Notes

  • This return policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
  • TrekWise has the authority to amend this policy as needed. Changes will be published on our website and become effective immediately. This does not impact items bought previously.
