How does it work?
Step 1: Order your tracker from our Eshop
Order the tracker from our online store for delivery and within one week.
Step 2: Install Your Tracker
Upon arrival, the device will be preactivated. Connect it to your vehicle's OBD2 port or hide it for a battery powered option.
Step 3: Log In & Start Tracking
Get started with real-time vehicle tracking by downloading the TrekWise Tracking App and using the provided credentials.
Not sure which tracker to choose?
If you need real-time tracking of frequently used vehicles, sports cars, go for our OBD trackers. Installs quickly, powered by your vehicle's OBD port.
If you do not have an OBD port, such as caravans or trailers, or want to use it as a backup tracker, pick our Battery-Powered trackers. Mounts anywhere, lasts 2 years, tracks motion only.
What happens when my battery runs out?
Our battery-operated trackers are meticulously designed to optimize energy consumption during deep sleep mode. They are equipped with motion sensors that only activate when movement is detected, effectively reducing unnecessary energy usage. These trackers are rated for a substantial two years of continuous operation.
Should your tracker’s battery deplete, we will promptly replace it with a new one, provided your subscription remains valid. It is important to note that our trackers utilize long-lasting batteries that are non-replaceable.
Upon the expiration of the two-year subscription period, we will offer you the option to exchange your old device for a new one. Additionally, the lifetime warranty remains in effect as long as you continue to be subscribed.
Please be advised that continuous subscription is essential for the validity of these warranties.
Network Coverage
Our SIMs come pre-installed and provides both Telstra or Optus dual network coverage. It is capable of international roaming at no additional charge, so you can bring this on your travel adventures!
